Antibodies against SHh are useful reagents to investigate the expression and function of SHh. The hedgehog pathway has drawn great attention recently as a novel therapeutic target for treating certain types of cancer. StemRD has generated a mouse monoclonal antibody against human and mouse SHh. This antibody has nM binding affinity to SHh protein, and importantly, is functionally blocking against human and mouse SHh. Data shown below is from an activity assay for inhibition of human SHh.
